What are the check-in and checkout times?

Check in is from 3:00 p.m. but it is possible to anticipate it for any reason with prior notice. In case of early check in, if your room is not ready, you can leave your bags in a designated area and check in before the customary time.Check out, on the other hand, by 10:30 am. Even in the case of late afternoon departures, the guest may remain in the facility for as long as necessary.

Is it possible to check in after 8:00 pm?

It is very important to communicate the scheduled time at the facility because there is no h24 recepiton.We recommend that you indicate this via e-mail at the same time as booking.

Is it possible to use the food service without staying overnight at the facility?

Food service is reserved exclusively for guests of the masseria.

Is it possible to bring pets?

Because of the way the farm is structured, it is not possible to accommodate animals.

What are the breakfast times?

Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:00 am.

Are products also provided for those with celiac disease or lactose intolerance?

We can gladly offer products for those with celiac disease and lactose intolerance if given ample notice, possibly at the time of booking.

Do the rooms and apartments have private bathrooms?

Yes, all rooms and apartments have a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy kit.

Is it advisable to have one's own vehicle to reach the facility?

The area is not served by public transportation, so having transportation is essential.
We also highly recommend it for reaching and visiting the natural beauty of the area.
