Derived from an old barn and now the winter heart of the masseria, it encapsulates the hospitable and convivial atmosphere that Masseria Pernice offers in the cold seasons. It represents the main reception area of the estate and can host refreshments, conferences, parties and receptions, enveloping all its visitors with its warm atmosphere. The living room features a large fireplace and a mezzanine floor that offers a beautiful view of the vegetable garden.
