Terms and Conditions of Masseria Pernice

Welcome to Masseria Pernice. Please read carefully the following terms and conditions regarding your reservation at our facility, which govern your stay and economic transactions. By accessing and booking a stay at Masseria Pernice, you agree to the terms and conditions stated here.

1. Definitions

  • “Guest” refers to the person making the reservation or staying at the facility.

  • “Structure” refers to Masseria Pernice di Costanza Sallier De La Tour, located at SP 71 km 1, 90047 Monreale PA.

  • “Stay” means the period during which the Guest uses the services of the facility.

2. Reservation

  • Reservations can be made through our official website, by phone, or through third-party channels such as Booking.com.

  • You must provide a valid credit card at the time of booking.

  • Notification of estimated time of arrival is required. Check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00, and check-out time is from 08:30 to 11:00.

3. Payments

  • Payment can be made by bank transfer, Stripe or PayPal.

    • Bank Transfer: If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the total amount of the reservation must be received within 5 days from the date of booking confirmation. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled automatically without further notice.

    • Stripe and PayPal: Secure online payments through Stripe or PayPal are accepted. In this case, payment must be made at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • You can cancel your reservation up to 5 days before your arrival date without penalty. Cancellation must be made through the contact form in the Customer Area of masseriapernice.com/contacts.

  • If cancellation occurs within 5 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

  • In case of cancellation within the stipulated terms (5 days before arrival), the full amount of the reservation will be refunded within the terms provided by the payment circuits (Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer).

  • No refunds are allowed for cancellations made after the 5-day deadline before the arrival date.

5. General Terms and Conditions

  • Children: Children of all ages are welcome. Extra beds are available upon request at a cost of €25 per person per night for children 5 and under. Cribs are free of charge for children under 4 years old.

  • Animals: No animals are allowed inside the facility.

  • Smoking: The facility is completely non-smoking.

  • Parties and Events: No such parties, events or gatherings (e.g., bachelorette or bachelor parties) are allowed.

  • Silence: Silent hours from 00:00 to 08:00 are required.

6. Check-in and Check-out

  • At check-in, guests must show photo ID and a credit card.

  • The facility reserves the right to refuse entry if the required documents are not submitted.

7. Responsibilities of the Host

  • Guests are responsible for abiding by the rules of the facility and Italian laws during their stay.

  • The facility is not responsible for personal damage or loss during the stay.

8. Changes to the Terms

  • The facility reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, effective immediately after publication on the official website.

9. Applicable Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from the application of these terms shall be referred to the competent court of law.

These terms and conditions are in accordance with the Italian Civil Code (Articles 1321 et seq.) and the provisions relating to the contract for the provision of tourist services set forth in the Tourism Code (Law No. 135 of December 27, 2001, Article 47). In addition, reimbursement in the event of cancellation is governed by the provisions of Regulation (EU) 261/2004 on the rights of passengers in air transport, if applicable.
